Live Triangulation Cupping Competition.
Sustainable Harvest and IKAWA have teamed up to bring you a LIVE triangulation cupping competition in the long awaited sequel to 2020’s inaugural event!
Join us to put your sensory skills to the test in a fun and relaxed environment.
The team at Sustainable will supply entrants with two mystery kits from similar regions, with links to recommend roast profiles.
Entrants will then roast ahead of an interactive zoom call before cupping live alongside the other participants (and competitors!).
The winner will be crowned live with some cupping prizes on offer.
How it works:
This event is open to Roasteries (and staff) based in USA and Canada.
You will need access to an IKAWA Sample Roaster to take part.
Signups will close on 14th October. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and Sustainable Harvest will send samples to participants on 19th October 2022.
You will need to roast your coffees using the suggested roast profiles at least 24 hours prior to the event, and prepare the cupping table ahead of the LIVE triangulation event via Zoom which will take place on Thursday October 27th at 11 am PST.
