IKAWA X ATLAS COFFEE

Mountains of the Moon:

10th September, 10:00 Pacific Time

Open to USA and Canada

This event is open to Roasteries and staff in USA and Canada. To take part in this you will need access to an IKAWA Sample Roaster.

The Mountains of the Moon.

This cupping is focussed on coffees from Atlas’ producer partners Bukonzo Joint Coop and will include some other notable coffees from the area showcasing a curated range of natural and washed coffees from the evocative region of Western Uganda.

Everyone’s a winner: We’ll organise a blind tasting of five fantastic coffees and set the challenge to match the coffees with the descriptions ahead of the call.

IKAWA X ROYAL COFFEE

Zoom cupping and discussion:

August 13th, 11:00am PT

To take part in this you will need access to an IKAWA Sample Roaster.
If you don’t have access to an IKAWA we may be able to arrange a loan.

Three Coffees, Three Roast Profiles, Three Processes.

Produced by a small group of farmers in an undisclosed location (you’ll have to tune into the live QC session!) The team at Royal Coffee will be sending sending you a fully washed, honey, and natural coffee and a unique roast profile for each.

Check out the subtle differences in our roast approach and how they affect the coffees.

Cup them on your own before our session and see if you can guess the right processing method.

Participants are encouraged to take good notes, or to cup / brew immediately prior to the meeting and taste while we talk.

How it works:

  • This event is open to Roasteries (and staff) based in USA and Canada

  • You will need access to an IKAWA Sample Roaster to take part
