A LIVE virtual cupping experience with Rwandan producers.
Algrano is excited to take you on a journey to the 3 corners of this small African country through coffee. You will cup unique lots from 3 provinces of the country scoring 85+ and including some rare experimental processing methods. All the coffees in the cupping will be available in the Rwandan Discovery.
Algrano is a digital platform that enables direct relationships between coffee growers and roasters and offers service support along the way. Through the Algrano online platform, coffee growers promote and sell their coffees straight to roasters in Europe without worrying about the logistics.
How it works:
Participants will receive three samples and Algrano’s IKAWA profile. The samples will be labelled with codes so we can all cup blind.
You will have a few days to roast them and get ready for the cupping.
Join the event to cup LIVE together with two experts from Algrano and three coffee professionals from Rwanda.
At the end of the cupping, we will reveal the origin of each coffee and the growers will tell you about them firsthand and answer questions!
